About the Promoters:

Mr. Satnam Singh - A retired merchant navy personnel, he have travelled around globe and experienced different construction challenges. He have the complete technical knowledge of various construction machines. Back in India he took up construction work under his father's construction firm (His father was a famous constructor having built many facilities in J & K and other states of India.)


Starting independent construction in 1982. he have remodeled several colonies in the National Capital Region. In 1987 he started construction of buildings, interior decoration and re-modeling of houses in and around DLF City, Gurgaon.

He manages a complete task force comprising of Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Mason, Stone Layers, Marble and Floor Experts, Pilsners, etc. and have many equipment such as Concrete Mixers, Grinders, Marble Cutters, Polishing Machines, Wood Carving and Cutting Machines with Workshop Expert Supervisors etc.

At Sunder Builders, we have a very well networked transport facility for carrying staff and material from one place to another.

Mr. Madandeep Singh - has a accomplished field experience in the North india constructions in the execution of huge projects like multistory buildings, community theatres and electrical substations.

He is managing the tendering and detailing of Sunder Builders constructions. His experience in project planning is an asset to the Company and has greatly helped in the successful planning of several prime projects accomplished by Sunder Builders
